The 22nd Havana Film Festival New York (HFFNY) returns to the Village East Cinema with an exceptional program of 30+ films from across Iberoamerica and the Latinx Diaspora, in their New York, U.S., and World premieres. Filmmakers will join us from around the world to introduce audiences to their stories, interpretations, and approaches to the art of making movies. Showcasing films from Argentina, Colombia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Peru, Spain, the U.S. and more, HFFNY promises an exciting, in-depth view into the multiple perspectives that make up the expansive world of Iberoamerican cinema.
HFFNY is the longest-running Latino Film Festival in NYC; it presents an annual film experience and cultural event that New Yorkers eagerly look forward to, premiering the latest Iberoamerican films by prominent and emerging cinema visionaries throughout the Diaspora. The festival offers an international rainbow of award-winning films, retrospectives, master classes, and panel discussions with notable local and international directors, actors, and producers. A full program and festival line-up will be available at www.HFFNY.com after October 3.
