Join the East Village merchant community in celebrating the history of the East Village, Loisaida, and the Lower East Side.

EVIMA will be celebrating LES History Month with a variety of fun events:

• LES Trivia Nights

  Join EVIMA for three nights of LES-themed bar trivia hosted by the NYC Trivia League. Rounds will include pop culture, music, notable residents, movies, and more. Top three winning teams will receive prizes donated by local merchants. First prize worth over $200!

  • Wednesday, May 11th, 7-9pm at the Roost, 222 Ave B

  • Thursday, May 19th, 7-9pm at Hekate, 167 Ave B

  • Sunday, May 22nd, 7-9pm at the Gray Mare, 61 2nd Ave

• “Loisaida Legends”

  Take a glimpse into Loisaida past and present with an event featuring a conversation with leaders and longtime residents of the neighborhood.

  • Wednesday, May 25th, 7-8 pm at La Sala de Pepe, 73

    Avenue C

• The Loisaida Festival

  The Loisaida Festival is back for its 35th year. Sunday, May 29th from 12-5pm on Avenue C. Stop by EVIMA’s booth at the festival.

This February, celebrate Valentine’s Day with your local small businesses!

Whether you’re spending Valentine’s Day with a significant other, friends, or family, East Village merchants are here to help you share your #EastVillageLove. Join in on a special event or stock up on some Valentine’s Day-themed treats and goodies. This November, join EVIMA for Explore the East Village

This three-part promotion includes:

A Scavenger Hunt on Saturday, November 6, 2021

A Fundraiser Raffle, November 8-18, 2021

Round-ups of shopping and dining promotions from your favorite East Village businesses in November-December.

The public can participate in all three parts of this promotion!

East Village Scavenger Hunt

The Scavenger Hunt will be held on Saturday, November 6th, 2:30 to 5 PM. It will kick off at Milk Money Kitchens at 50 Ave A, where participants will be provided with scavenger hunt maps of participating businesses.

When the hunt starts, participants will get to explore the East Village, hitting as many stops on the map as possible and picking up goodies and giveaways along the way. After the hunt wraps, participants will head back to Milk Money Kitchens where winners will be awarded prizes from local participating businesses. Tickets for the Scavenger Hunt can be purchased here.

Fundraiser Raffle

From November 8-18th, EVIMA will be hosting a Fundraiser Raffle to raise money for Loisaida Center’s annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive. Tickets for the raffle will be on sale to the public. Raffle prizes will include items and gift cards from small businesses in the East Village. Tickets for the Fundraiser Raffle can be purchased here.

November-December Early Holiday Promotion Round-Ups

In November and December, EVIMA will be releasing weekly round-ups of various promotions offered by East Village businesses, including special events and discounts for shopping, dining, and activities for all ages.
